ILLUSTRATION
You complete the Fact Find, sign our Terms of Business and pay our administration fee. We will go to market to get a wide variety of tailored quotes to suit your specific requirements.

DUE DILIGENCE
Having decided on the lender that suits your strategy, we will complete background KYC and AML checks, requiring access to personal documentation.

APPLICATION
Having captured any additional information necessary we will complete the lender application forms, submitting required documentation.

04

DECISION

Based on the information submitted the lender will provide a formal decision-in-principle (DIP), subject to valuation and legals being signed off.

VALUATION
The Lender will obtain quotes from valuers and present these to the client. These tend to vary significantly in price and availability. Sometimes we can accept a retype of an existing valuation.

OFFER

Our offer fee is due on
receipt of the valuation
following the issuance of
the lenders formal offer. If
the valuation is above or
below expectations, the
lender may revise their
offer.

07

LEGAL
Solicitors acting on behalf of the lender and the buyer will coordinate with regard to the conveyancing process, adding the charges on the property, and agreeing formal terms for the loan repayment.

08

COMPLETION
Having formalised and signed all paperwork, the lender will disburse the funds to the account of the borrower.

We will get back in touch when it's time to refinance.
