Alastair Hoyne
Alastair Hoyne is the founder of Finanze Group, the driving force behind its strategy-led approach to specialist property and finance, and the author of The Finanze Framework™: Property Strategy & Finance Success. His career spans property, financial markets, venture building and complex deal structuring, giving the group a perspective that goes beyond conventional property finance.
Alastair’s first experience of the property sector was in 2005, later building and selling two businesses while at university before working in investment banking and global markets.
Finanze reflects that experience. The group is built around the belief that better outcomes come from understanding the whole picture: the property, the borrower, the structure, the valuation, the funding route, the exit and the people involved.

Marie Cowgill
Marie Cowgill is Chief Operating Officer of Finanze Group. She brings operational clarity, process discipline and a strong performance focus to the way the Group and its divisions serve clients and execute their work.
Across Finanze, Marie helps translate strategic priorities into organised delivery, clearer processes and consistent communication between clients, colleagues, lenders and professional partners.
Her background in leadership, coaching and business performance supports the Group’s continued development while keeping client experience, accountability and execution at the centre of its operations.
